The empty truck fee is a one-time charge that covers the travel time for our truck to get from our station in Renton to your starting location, and then back from your final destination to our station. It helps cover the cost of getting our team and truck to and from your move.

Yes, absolutely! We charge by the hour, so adding one or two stops along the way won’t incur any extra fees—just the time it takes to complete the job. Let us know the details in advance so we can plan the route accordingly.

Yes, we do have a minimum hour requirement. For our moving services, there's a 2-hour minimum charge to ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation.

Yes, we do provide floor protection! We'll use floor runners to safeguard your floors during the move, ensuring they stay scratch-free and undamaged.

There's no extra charge for moving regular furniture up or down stairs. However, if you have special items or any heavy objects weighing over 200lbs, please let us know in advance. Just send us photos, and we'll assess whether there'll be any additional fees based on what we see.

We charge by time, so it's tough to give a precise move duration. We'll stop timing once all items are unloaded. Factors like item quantity, packaging needs, parking access, walking distance, elevator/stairs, wait times, transport distance, and packing/unpacking or assembly/disassembly time all play a role. Just let us know your moving details, and we'll give you a rough estimate.

We do offer furniture recycling or haul-away services. If you'd like us to handle it, you can send us photos of the furniture you need to dispose of, and we'll provide you with a quote based on that. Alternatively, if you prefer to locate a recycling station on your own, we can still assist by transporting the furniture there for you. In that case, our charges will be based on the time spent for the service. The recycling fee, if any, will be settled directly between you and the recycling station.

The earlier the better—especially during peak season. A week’s notice is usually enough, but last-minute spots may be available.

You can leave light items in the drawers if you'd like—it's generally fine to keep those in place.
